Elon Musk’s new plan to let people travel across world in an hour
Billionaire Elon Musk is now making plans to make us travel anywhere on Earth within an hour by combining hyperloop and rocket.
Tech entrepreneur and CEO Elon Musk recently tweeted his plans to combine his SpaceX’s Big Falcon Rocket (BFR) with his The Boring Company’s underground hyperloop and helping people to travel anywhere across the world within an hour.
During a conversation with TED Talks, SpaceX COO Gwynne Shotwell provided an update on SpaceX’s BFR Earth-to-Earth transportation plans that Musk talked about back in September last year. Shotwell informed that the first BFR will carry about 100 passengers and can complete a dozen trips per day. She also said that according to her expectations, a ticket from New York City to Shanghai will cost around $2,000, reported Futurism.

According to Musk, the hyperloop will take people to spaceport in 10 to 15 minutes. Shotwell says that from there, it will take 30 to 40 minutes to go from one side of the Earth to another with the BFR.
