Actress Minal Khan reportedly hospitalized after suffering heatstroke

Another heatwave has hit Pakistan’s port city and as Karachi sizzles due to the blistering heat, many have suffered heatstroke and apparently actress Minal Khan is one of them.

A fan page of actress Minal on Instagram shared a post, in which the actress can be seen extremely sick and dehydrated, with an IV on her hand. In the same post the admin asked her fans for prayers for her health after stating that she suffered a heatstroke and is hospitalized due to the heatwave that has struck the city.

Minal has worked in a number of Pakistani drama serials and also endorses some of the country’s big brand names be it clothing or food related. Her twin sister Aiman Khan is also a celebrity and together the actresses have almost four million followers on Instagram alone.

Karachi's temperature has been soaring and with the holy month of Ramadan, the citizens have been advised not to go outside unnecessarily and drink water and juices at the time between the Aftar until the start of the fast (Sehri).

Heatstroke warnings are also on the high rise as the MET has reported that the weather of the city will stay the same for the coming few days.
