Passage of FATA reforms bill celebrated

BAJAUR AGENCY: Civil society and political workers here on Friday held a rally to celebrate passage of Fata Reforms Bill and termed the achievement a remarkable step for the socio-economic development of tribesmen.

The rally was organized by All Bajaur Political Parties Alliance, which attended by workers of various parties in large numbers.

Leaders of several political and religious parties include JI local chapter Chief Qari Abdul Majeed, Awami National Party local chapter President Malik Attaullah Khan, PPP local chapter President Aourangzeb, PML-N leader Mian Ismail Khan and others addressed the rally.

The speakers termed the legislation to merge FATA- with KP a significant development and a memorable event in the history of tribal areas.

The speakers lauded the Pakistan Muslim League- N federal government for passing the bill with majority.
