RCOA daily statement: SBP transfers data acquisition to 'DAP'

The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has decided to transfer the data acquisition of Reporting Chart of Account (RCOA) daily statement from Data Acquisition Gateway (DAG) to Data Acquisition Portal (DAP). According to a Circular SD.DWCD.1 (2)-2014-486 sent to all scheduled banks and DFIs on Friday, the Reporting Institutions (RIs) are regularly submitting RCOA weekly statement along with weekly RCOA at month-end and RCOA quarterly through SBP Data Acquisition Portal (DAP). The RIs are also submitting RCOA daily statement through SBP Data Acquisition Gateway (DAG), it added.
"To facilitate RIs in submitting all their statements through a single environment, it has been decided to transfer the data acquisition of RCOA daily statement from Data Acquisition Gateway (DAG) to Data Acquisition Portal (DAP), wef, reporting of Jun 16, 2014," the circular said. The submission timelines and other instructions shall remain unchanged, it added.
