Prices mixed on grain market

Prices moved both ways on the wholesale grain market on Saturday in the process of trading, dealers said. On the cereals side, Khandsari was sharply higher by Rs 500 to Rs 6500, makai low type shed Rs 125 to Rs 2275 and the fine variety was down by Rs 50 to Rs 2375, other items maintained overnight levels, dealers said.
On the seeds side, cottonseeds oilcake with bag low type was up by Rs 100 to Rs 1900 and the good variety was higher by Rs 50 to Rs 1950, other items maintained overnight levels, they said. Prices were unchanged on the grams and rice fronts, they said.
