Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Friday extended deep condolences to Prime Minister of Malyasia Dato Sri Mohd Najib bin Tun Abdul Razak over the tragic crash of Malaysian plane. Foreign Office in a statement said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in a letter written to his Malaysian counterpart Dato Sri Mohd Najib bin Tun Abdul Razak extended deepest condolences over the tragic crash of Malaysian flight MH17 in Ukraine in which 295 precious lives were lost.
The Prime Minister in his letter said: "We are deeply shocked over this tragic incident and share your anguish and pain. In this hour of bereavement and immense grief, the Government and people of Pakistan join me to express our heartfelt condolences and sympathies with the government and people of Malaysia and to the families of all passengers who were on board in the unfortunate flight. We pray for the departed souls."
