US Consul General in Peshawar, Gabriel Escobar, called on the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Governor, Sardar Mahtab Ahmad Khan, at the Governor's House here on Tuesday. The distinguished guest remained with the Governor for some time and discussed matters of mutual interest with special reference to the situation emerging in wake of vast displacement of people from North Waziristan Agency of FATA.
While welcoming the good gesture of the guest, the Governor also said that the support and co-operation from the US Government and people for the people of province and FATA in every hour of difficulties have always been greatly valued.
