At least four people were killed in separate incidents of violence here on Tuesday. According to police and rescue sources, two people Muhammad Ashraf and Ahmad were shot and killed while Muhsin son of Muhammad Khan was shot and injured in the same incident which was occurred in Liaquatabad FC Area.
Police said that the incident took place in late Wednesday night. The bodies and injured were moved to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH) for medico-legal formalities and treatment. The deceased were said to be members of the same family. In another incident, Muhammad Iqbal son of Muhamad Hussain was gunned down by unknown man near Nasira School, Rifah-e-Aam Society located in Malir. The body was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center (JPMC) for postmortem examinations. In another case, Shairaz son of Shah Nawaz was killed by unknown persons in Naya Abad, Street No-4, located in Lyari. The body was shifted to Civil Hospital (CH) for an autopsy.
