Construction of 176km long road from Thatta to Wangoo in first phase. Construction of 134km long road from Wangoo Mor to Thar Coal field in second phase at a cost of Rs 2.32 billion
-- Approval of construction of 50 cusec drainage and waste water system with estimated cost of Rs 3.67 billion Construction of Water Carrier System from LBOD to Thar Coal Field at a cost of Rs 9 billion
-- Plan to install four RO Plants worth Rs3.851 billion in first phase to provide clean drinking water in Thar Coal Field area and installation of further 25 RO plants in second phase. Rs 1 billion have been released for the project in current year
-- Survey near completion for the project of railway track to connect Thar Coal field as well as Thatta and Badin Coal Fields to main railway line. Work starts on laying the transmission line to Thar Coal field.
-- Plan to establish five different solar power projects at Thatta, Shaheed Benazir Abad, Larkana, Sukkur and Jamshoro
