Stricter punishments and non-discriminatory implementation of law under "Sindh Arm Act 2013" to curb illegal arms.
-- Complete ban on the issuance of licence for weapons with banned calibre under new Arms Policy 2014. Strict scrutiny to determine eligibility of licence holders. Ban on issuance more than four licences to one person and fixing the minimum age limit for the licence holder at 25 years
-- Steps to discourage the illegal as well as licensed weapons under "Sindh Arms Bill 2013"
-- Issuance of computerised licences through Computerised Arms Licence Management System (CALMS) in eight districts, including Karachi South, Karachi West, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Mirpur Khas, Larkana, Benazir Abad and Khairpur
-- Steps taken by Home Department with the help of Nadra to curb fake licences
-- To eradicate terrorism and provide quick justice, three more courts have been added to existing 11 anti-terrorism courts. Two new courts established in Karachi and one in Kundh Kot, Kashmor
