The countrywide Hajj training programmes continued on Sunday under the supervision of Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony for the intending pilgrims.
According to an official, the intending pilgrims of Taxila, Pindi Gheb, Chakwal, Jhelum, Jhend, Haripur, Gujar Khan, Attock, Tallagang, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Hassanabdal, Khushab, Dera Ismail Khan, Paharpur, Mirpur, Kotli, Azad Jammu and Kashmir have already been provided training from August 2 to date.
While the intending pilgrims of Rawalakot would be imparted Hajj training to intending pilgrims of Rawalakot on August 18, Muzaffarabad August 19, Pinddaden Khan August 20, Murree, Bhakakar August 21, Mianwali August 22, Esa Khel, Fateh Jang August 23, Abbottabad August 24, Skardu August 25 and Gilgit on August 27. The Hajj training programmes would conclude on August 25 meant to facilitate the intending pilgrims to perform Hajj rituals with ease.
The official of the ministry said that the focus of the programme would be the first timers who would perform Hajj. In the training programme, informative booklets, Hajj literature, video cassettes were being distributed among the intending Hujjaj free of cost. He said training was being imparted with the help of models, charts, maps, sketches, lectures and television.
