Institute of Skin Diseases Sindh (ISDS) administration has approved a summary to equip the hospital with latest diagnostic machines and also to get all the out of order machines repaired so as to ensure standard healthcare delivery system in the hospital.
The additional Director-General of the ISDS, Dr Manzoor H. Memon, told the media that the ISDS being the largest skincare hospital of Pakistan is visited by a significant number of patients with skin-related problems for treatment from different parts of the country. He said that the director of the ISDS, Hayat Baloch, was taking every possible step to bring new diagnostic machines at the earliest and Secretary Health Iqbal Hussain Durrani was also evincing keen interest for providing modern machines to the hospital. He hoped that out of order machines would be made functional soon, while the summary to equip ISDS with new diagnostic machines had already been approved to improve health delivery system.
The director of the ISDS, Dr Hayat Baloch, said efforts were underway to improve health delivery standard in skin hospital and vowed to make the ISDS a top ranking hospital of the country in near future.
