Unknown accused kidnapped a trader and his son here on Saturday. Gunmen intercepted honey trader Rozi Khan and his teenager son Ismail in Kala Dhanda area of Charsadda in Umerzai police station jurisdiction. The culprits earlier brutally tortured both and later took them away to unknown destination in their vehicle. Police feared the incident was outcome of personal enmity. The kidnappers have not yet contacted the family of abductees.
Police have registered a case against unidentified abductors and started efforts to rescue the kidnapped persons.
