The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has directed all BS-18 officers to file performance evaluation reports for financial year 2013-14. According to the FBR's instructions issued to the field formations here on Wednesday, the Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) for the financial year 2013-14 become due after July 31, 2014. All the officers are required to submit their PERs to their reporting officers without further delay.
The officers who are in the promotion zone particularly those officers who will be considered in the next Departmental Selection Board (DSB) for promotion from BS-18 to BS-19 are required to submit their PERs within seven (7) days so that their cases be put up for consideration before the next DSB. All the reporting/countersigning officers have also been requested to complete the PERs of the officers without delay to expedite the process of holding DSB at the earliest possible. Completion of latest PER of the eligible officers may therefore please be given priority, the FBR added.
