Rejecting corruption allegations levelled against him, Opposition leader in the National Assembly Syed Khursheed Shah on Saturday said that he would quit politics if proven guilty. "I am giving three days to prove corruption charges against me, otherwise, I will move court," Khursheed Shah stated this while talking to media in Sukkur.
He said Imran Khan would beg pardon from him and nation if he failed to prove allegations against him. PTI Chairman Imran Khan and Awami Muslim League (AML) Chief Sheikh Rashid Ahmed had levelled allegations against the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) senior leader Khursheed Shah. Sheikh Rashid alleged that the PPP senior leader had made billions of rupees out of corruption. "Khursheed Shah is no different than Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif," Sheikh Rashid said on Friday while talking to a private TV channel.
