Flood-hit areas: Bilawal, Qaim visit embankments of River Indus

Chairman Pakistan People's Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah visited embankments of River Indus at Qadirpur Loop Bund and Tori Bund. They strictly directed the Irrigation department officials to ensure the completion of repairs and maintenance work on emergency basis at sensitive places of River Indus.
The PPP Chairman also stressed upon Provincial government to take steps for the relief and rescue operations and provision of food and other items at relief camps. Sindh Chief Minister said the government has completed all the arrangements to provide food and other necessary items to the affected people.
