A group of transformers thieves has become active in Tarbela Ghazi and two 100-KV transformers have been stolen from two villages in one night. According to details, the thieves stole two transformers from Piai and Hassanpur villages of Ghazi on night falling between Friday and Saturday. Both the villages have been deprived of electricity due to this incident. Another transformer of 50-KV was stolen two days ago. Police have started investigation into the transformer theft incidents.
