Adobe's photo-editing software Photoshop will soon be available as cloud-based software for Google Chromebooks. It will include all the features of Adobe's Creative Cloud and will be integrated closely into Google's online service Drive.
Chromebook will farm out the intensive computing needed for photo editing to the cloud, making such work possible on the relatively weak netbook.
The service should offer most options available in the full desktop option, excluding a printer function and an option to connect to a peripheral device like a scanner.
For now, Chrome's Creative Cloud is still only available in the United States, where it costs about 9 dollars a month for Photoshop or about 30 dollars a month for the entire Creative Cloud.
