Sindh people may raise 'Go Saeen Go' slogans: Adil

President Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q) Sindh Haleem Adil Sheikh warned that slogans of "Go Saeen Go" might be raised by the people of Sindh in near future due to what he called bad governance and corruption of the ruling Pakistan People's Party (PPP). Addressing a press conference at Karachi Press Club (KPC), Sheikh criticised PPP for not delivering to masses, saying that the government failed to provide relief to drought-hit people of Tharparker.
Some 350,000 water bottles were recovered by a local court judge that were expired but not delivered to the affectees, as the relief department did not bother to provide these to the affected people, he said. Regarding PPP's public gathering, he was of the view that ruling parties never hold public meetings rather they impress masses through their performance. He urged government to declare Thar district calamity-hit area. He alleged that the government did not provide Rs 200,000 announced as compensation to the families which lost their children due to famine.
