Punjab University Institute of Social and Cultural Studies in collaboration with South Asia Partnership (SAP) organised a seminar on "Role of Youth in Peace and Interfaith Harmony" here on Thursday. Executive Director of SAP Muhammad Tehseen, Dr Fouzia Alvi, faculty members and students were present on the occasion. In his address, Dr Tehseen said that we could not bring peace in country without knowing our responsibilities.
He said that without ensuring free and fair judiciary, no country could be sovereign. He said that we must protect rights of minorities for sake of the Muslims living abroad. Dr Fouzia said that we should play our role to eradicate social evils. She said that we should establish peace in our homes first and then in society.
