Hundreds of activists of Pakistan Awami Tehrik (PAT) on Sunday held a rally from Chowk Ghanta Ghar to Multan Press Club under the leadership of Mufti Irshad Hussain Saeedi, Dr Zubair A Khan, MajMuhammad Iqbal(Retd), Yassir Irshad and Rao Muhammad Arif Rizvi to condemn the massacre of schoolchildren in Peshawar.
A number of women also took part in the rally. They expressed solidarity with the Armed forces and hailed the government decision to end the moratorium on death. They said that there would have been different situation had the execution of terrorists not delayed. They urged upon the government to act upon the 14-point solution and globally recognised "Fatawa"
