Sindh High Court Bar Association (SHCBA) on Wednesday decided to challenge 21st constitutional amendment in Supreme Court of Pakistan. According to a draft of the resolution approved by SHCBA, a parallel justice system has been introduced by constituting military courts in the country. The amendment is against the basic framework of the constitution and devolution of power, the resolution contended. It further said that changes were made in the basic framework of the constitution for formation of military courts.
