An Additional District and Sessions' Judge in Islamabad Wednesday rejected a petition filed by former president General Pervez Musharraf (Retd), who had sought exemption from making appearance in the court in the Abdul Rasheed Ghazi murder case. Additional District and Sessions Judge Wajid Ali Khan resumed the hearing of the Abdul Rasheed Ghazi murder case against Musharraf and summoned him on February 6.
