Ombudswoman Punjab has ordered action against a headmaster for harassing a lady Naib Qasid and reinstated a bank manager upon the allegation of harassment had proved wrong. Provincial Ombudswoman Professor Dr Mira Phailbus has ordered to stop three annual increments of a headmaster of the Government of High School as the allegation of harassing a lady Naib Qasid was proved which will be applicable immediately.
Similarly, the case of suspension of a bank manager on the allegation of sexual harassment was considered by Ombudswoman. She ordered reinstatement of the bank manager with full pay as the allegation of sexual harassment was not proved against him.
