A fire broke out at the fourth floor of Commerce Centre building on I. I. Chundrigar Road, which was extinguished by Fire brigade department after three hours long efforts. "The building caught fire due to electric short circuit; three employees, who trapped inside the building, were safely rescued," said an official at Boltan Market fire brigade station told Business Recorder. Some eight fire tenders took part in the fire fighting operation, he added.
