Miscreants on Monday blew up two towers of main power transmission line of 132 KV, near Thal area of Balochistan. According to the sources, many parts of the Sindh and Balochistan were plunged into darkness when the militants blew up the two towers of main transmission line of 132 KV in the area.
Concerned authority started the repair work to restore the electricity supply to the areas. The power outages have drastically affected the businesses, industry, and domestic consumers. A large number of people in Quetta on Monday protested over the unscheduled load shedding. Blast of gas pipelines and electricity pylon are most attracted targets for the miscreants as security cannot be provided for the transmission lines of the two utilities.
