I read with interest that Pakistan's real friend China's President Xi Jinping will arrive in Pakistan on April 9 on a two-day visit, and our government tells us that 70 more MoUs will be signed with the Chinese officials. May I respectfully ask our present and past governments: of the over 1000 MoUs signed with China, how many in the last 15 years have been implemented, completed or are under consideration? This is the time for implementation. Period.
