The residents of Chappal Garden, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, on Friday staged a protest demonstration against unannounced electricity loadshedding in their area. Chanting slogans against K-Electric, the protestors said that some days they had to suffer power cuts for the whole day. They criticised the K-E saying that despite regular payment of bills, the power utility had made their lives miserable during the hottest days of summer.
They appealed the Sindh Chief Minister, Governor and other relevant authorities to take strict notice of the 'unjustifiable act' of the K-Electric.
