The Frontier Corps on Wednesday arrested two suspected terrorists of a banned outfit Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) in Hub area of Balochistan. According to FC spokesman, the arrested terrorists including BLA commander Sorat Jan Marri were taken into custody after exchange of fire and weapons were also recovered from their possession. Frontier Corps on an intelligence information conducted a raid in industrial town of Hub and arrested two militants involved in the recent bomb attack.
FC sources said the arrested militants included the mastermind of an attack on the convoy of President Mamnoon Hussain's son, adding the terrorist group was also involved in scores of terrorist attacks. The arrested terrorists had also been involved in attacks on security forces and slaying of labourers, the FC spokesman said. They were shifted to undisclosed place for interrogation.
