The Inspector General of Police (IGP) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Nasir Khan Durrani has suspended a SHO and Two ASIs and issued show cause notice to them for further departmental action. According to details a citizen namely Humayun S/o Ataullah of Shabqadar Battagram District Charsadda has submitted a written complaint to the IGP. He alleged that due to heavy rain and thunders the trees of sufaidar were fallen and he was busy in cutting of these trees.
Our opponents came there and abused us and also started firing on us while the ASI Alamgir present their with the police party become a silent spectator. The complainant had alleged that SHO PS Battagram and two ASIs had trapped him in wrong FIR by taking side of his opponents. The police chief checked the allegations through DIG Enquiry & Inspection who in his report termed the complaints based on facts. The IGP in light of the enquiry report of DIG Enquiry & Inspection suspended the above mentioned officers and issued show cause notice to them for further departmental action against them.
