Administrative Judge, Anti-Terrorism Courts in Punjab Justice Mehmood Maqbool Bajwa, of Lahore High Court on Saturday chaired a meeting to review and evaluate the performance of the judges of Anti-Terrorism Courts (ATC), Prosecution, Police and Home Department.
The judge expressed his satisfaction over the working of the courts and directed the judges to expedite the disposal of cases, as per spirit of law. The judge also asked the other stakeholders, including the police to put hectic efforts to complete the investigation of the cases and to arrest the proclaimed offenders at the earliest.
All the participants assured the chair to comply with the directions passed therein. All the judges of Anti-Terrorism Courts of Punjab, Member Inspection Team (MIT), Chaudhry Shahid Naseer, Secretary Home Department, Prosecutor General Punjab, officiating CCPO, Lahore and all the Regional Police Officers of Punjab attended the meeting.
