A grand Jirga of Baloch tribal leaders would be held after Eid ul Azha for maintaining peace and tranquillity in the region, said Chief Rabita Itifaq Tehreek (BRIT) and former federal minister, Prince Mohyuddin Baloch. In a statement issued here on Wednesday, he said the provincial government was in contact with the main leaders of Balochistan to devise a strategy for peace.
The tribal leaders had also expressed interest to peace efforts, he added. The former minister said there was misunderstanding between Baloch people and provincial government, adding all steps would be taken to address the grievances of public.
