Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) here on Monday cancelled license (DL-2612) of Chayal Builders and Developers for violating construction rules in their residential project Dream Valley. Consequent to cancellation of the license, the No Objection Certificates (NOCs) issues for private-public sale projects namely Dream Valley, Dream Valley (VIP block) and Dream Valley - Extension had also been withdrawn with immediate effect, said SBCA officials.
Work underway on these three residential projects undertaken by Chayal Builders and Developers has therefore been ordered to be stopped on immediate basis while advertising and booking for the same have also be prohibited. All three of the residential projects were said to be located at Deah Allah Pai, Tapu Songal in Gadap Town area. Public in general have also been warned not to enter into any agreement with the builders as otherwise they themselves would be responsible for inconvenience including loss of resources.
