Soyabean and corn export premiums were flat to softer at the US Gulf Coast on Wednesday as progressing harvests uncovered large yields in the Midwest, traders said. Wheat offers were mostly flat. Traders are waiting for the results on Thursday of a tender for wheat from Egypt's General Authority for Supply Commodities (GASC), the world's top wheat importer.
Private exporters reported sales of 235,000 tonnes of US soyabeans for delivery to China, the world's top soyabean importer, during the marketing year that began on September 1, the US Agriculture Department said.
