KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Thursday at 22,655.26 points with a negative change of -415.24 and volume of 88,410,300 shares. High and Low were 23,070.61 and 22,531.36 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 2 were up, 28 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 142,178,380 shares. Total companies traded were 375 of which 77 were positive, 278 were negative and 20 were unchanged.

Chemicals was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 23,263,910 shares. It was followed by Cement with a total traded volume of 16,453,050 shares.
