Urdu language in Istanbul University Symposium on completion of 100 years

On completion of 100 years of teaching Urdu language in the Istanbul University, Turkey, Punjab University Oriental College's senior faculty members represented Pakistan in an international symposium. PU Dean Faculty of Oriental Learning Professor Dr Ismatullah Zahid, Professor Dr Muhammad Kamran, Dr Zia ul Hasan and Dr Nasir Abbas Nayyer presented their papers in the conference that was organised by the Istanbul University and presided over different sessions.
Dr Kamran also read Punjab University's vice chancellor Dr Mujahid Kamran's message according to the theme of the conference. On this occasion, PU teachers also presented special awards to Chancellor of the Istanbul University and conference organisers for promotion of Urdu language in Turkey.
