President expresses grief

President Mamnoon Hussain Monday expressed profound grief and sorrow over the loss of precious lives and properties in wake of the earthquake. The President commiserated with the bereaved families and prayed for the forgiveness of the departed souls. He directed the authorities concerned to provide the best medical treatment to those injured in the earthquake in different parts of the country particularly in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The President directed to undertake immediate measures for rescue and rehabilitation of affected people and for making damage assessment particularly in far flung areas of the country.
