President and Prime Minister condole Aali's death

President Mamnoon Hussain on Monday expressed his deep grief and sorrow over the sad demise of renowned poet and intellectual Jamiluddin Aali. In his message, the President said late Aali had rendered numerous services for promotion of Urdu language which would be remembered forever. He also prayed for forgiveness of the departed soul and courage for the bereaved family to bear the loss with fortitude. Meanwhile, the Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif also expressed deep grief on the sad demise of Aali.
The PM prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul and lauded the literary services of Aali for the country. The Prime Minister said Jamiluddin Aali's death left a big vacuum in the literary history of the country that would be very hard to fill in the times ahead.
