Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, who is on a five-day visit to UK, will have a hectic schedule of meetings with the British officials. A handout issued here from DGPR said that the Chief Minister would hold meetings with British Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs & Commonwealth and British Home Secretary.
He will also meet Secretary of State and Minister of State for International Development, British Minister for Trade and Investment and Advisor of National Security Council
Shahbaz will also address UK-Pakistan Energy and Infrastructure Conference.
He will hold meetings with senior British authorities as well as Chief Executive of British Council and heads of other important institutions.
The purpose of the visit of the Chief Minister is to promote cooperation with Britain in education, health, skill development and other sectors, information pointed.
A memorandum of understanding would also be signed between Punjab government and British Council for increasing cooperation.
Shehbaz Sharif will address all parties parliamentary group of Members British Parliament regarding Pakistan. He will meet British authorities in University of London regarding Knowledge Park and Higher Education.
