No change was seen in the present outlook on the wholesale grain market on Tuesday as most of the commodities maintained overnight levels in the process of trading, dealer said. On the cereals side, Makai low type was up by Rs 125 to Rs 2500 and the best variety was higher by Rs 50 to Rs 2550, other commodities held the overnight levels, they said.
On the seeds side, cottonseeds oilcake with bag low type was unchanged at Rs 1825 while the best quality lost Rs 25 to Rs 1925, they said. On the rice sector, Irri-6 Sindh gained Rs 25 to Rs 2825 and Rs 2850, other types maintained week-end levels, Irri white inferior type gained Rs 100 to Rs 2400 while the good type was uncchanged at Rs 2500, they said Prices showed no change on the grams sector, they said.
