Foggy weather: Railways issues advisory

As the foggy conditions persist in Punjab and parts of upper Sindh, Pakistan Railway has instructed its field and operational staff to take all necessary safety measures to avoid any untoward incident. CEO in a video link conference here on Thursday at Railway Headquarter, advised all the Divisional Superintends (DS) to have medical check-up/fitness of the operational staff and proper functioning of the signal system on the railway track to ensure safety of the passengers across the country.
