Microsoft's Bing Maps service now allows a real-time overview of the traffic situation, thanks to access to 35,000 traffic cameras in 11 countries such as Germany and the United States. To test the new function, check out the preview of Bing Maps' newest version and then pick Traffic from the control bar.
Zooming in close enough in an area where the service is active will reveal camera symbols at intersections where there is a linked camera. Clicking on it will show what the camera is currently observing.
