Grams prices were higher on the wholesale grain market on Tuesday in the process of trading, dealer said. On the grams side, grams Australia No 1 picked up Rs 400 to Rs 9000, grams Australia Dall No 2 followed same pattern, picking up Rs 500 to Rs 10700, yellow peas Russia rose by Rs 50 to Rs 3725 and yellow peas Dall Russia also gained the same amount to Rs 4150, other items maintained overnight levels, they said.
On the rice side, Irri-6 Sindh low type was down by Rs 10 to Rs 2820 and fine quality was lower by Rs 30 to Rs 2850, they said. On the seeds side, cottonseeds oilcake with bag Sindh new low type was unchanged at Rs 2000 and the best quality was lower by Rs 25 to Rs 2075, they said. Not a single variation was seen on the cereals side, they added.
