District Nazim Karak, Umar Daraz Khattak said on Thursday that Rs 300 million were allocated for construction of trauma centre at district headquarter hospital Karak to provide best medical facilities to the ailing humanity. Talking to media persons here, the district Nazim said trauma centre was the long standing demand of people that would be fulfilled by district government on priority basis.
The district Nazim said funds were provided by Oil and Gas Development Corporation Limited (OGDCL) for construction of trauma centre. To provide quick emergency services to people, the district Nazim said RESCU 1122 service would soon be started in Karak where staff of fire-brigade, heavy crane operators and other trained staff would be available around the clock.
