Rayman is unmistakably a child of the 1990s. His first adventure - a run and jump game for DOS - came out 20 years ago. Rayman is still around, this time on a game app for Android smartphones starring the figure with the free-floating hands and feet.
In Rayman Adventures, users can steer the lively little guy or his girlfriend Barbara through colourful fantasy worlds, collect bonus points and save an old tree at the end. The game control is very simple. Rayman moves around on his own and users must only give him commands to jump or engage. The game itself is free, but there are in-app purchases available for virtual items. Users need at least Android 4.1 to play Rayman Adventures.
