The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Thursday issued notices to former army Chief and President Pervez Musharraf and others in response to a plea of Pakistan Freedom Party's head Sardar Naseem seeking damages of Rs 750 million for damaging his reputation.
Sardar Naseem has filed a damages plea of Rs 750 million making All Pakistan Muslim League chief Pervez Musharraf, its secretary general Dr Muhammad Amjad and Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif as respondents. Naseem said that APML has used his party symbol which has dented his reputation and sought a remedy in damages of Rs 750 million in the matter.
