Pakistan on Friday strongly condemned the terrorist attack at a mosque in Saudi Arabia which resulted in killing of at least four people and injuring 18 others. "Pakistan strongly condemns the suicide bombing during Friday prayers at a mosque in the eastern province of Saudi Arabia, which resulted in loss of precious lives and injuries to others", said Foreign Office spokesperson Qazi Khalilullah in a statement.
"We extend our heartfelt condolences to the brotherly people and the government of Saudi Arabia and pray for the recovery of those injured in this terrorist incident", he added. According to media reports two gunmen wearing suicide bomb belts attacked Imam Riza mosque in Mahasen neighbourhood in the Al-Ahsa city of the Kingdom during Friday prayers.
