The Lahore High Court on Monday sought a reply from Pakistan Railways' chairperson by February 17 for ignoring a court order about upgradation of commercial employees. The petition was filed by commercial employees and contended that the court had directed the railways' chairperson Parveen Akhtar Rana to upgrade their services. However, they said, the chairperson ignored the order and was delaying its implementation. They asked the court to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent.
