K-Electric (KE) was pleased to announce that the company held its 5th AZM Cricket Tournament at the Moin Khan Academy where different departments competed against each other in this annual KE event.
Twelve teams comprising of around 200 employees participated in this tournament whereas famous cricket stars such as former Pakistan team captain and wicket-keeper Moin Khan, former Test cricketer Shoaib Muhammad, Test cricketer Asad Shafiq and domestic cricket star Ramiz Raja Jr. were also part of this event. Also present on the occasion was Pakistan's very own star athlete Naseem Hameed.
K-Electric's Region 4 team 'Cheetahs' lifted the trophy after they defeated K-Electric's Region 2 team 'Stallions'. K-Electric's Chief Marketing & Communication Officer Fakhar Ahmed said that this annual event marks our belief in sports and such activities where families of employees get together.
