The Punjab Food Authority (PFA) has confiscated 1,800 litres of milk and wasted 278 on the spot during a routine checking of milk-carrying vehicles at different entry points of the city. Teams checked 98 vehicles and also inspected milk-selling points. They also sent three milk samples to laboratory. The milk-selling points were in Karim Block Allama Iqbal Town, Abdul Karim Road and Bata Pur where five shops were sealed and two others faced fines.
